The founder and speaker, Dean C. Jones, is a 26-year retired veteran of the Maryland State Police.  While assigned to the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, it was the unfortunate opportunity to deal with some of the most violent youth; therefore it was decided to create this program.

The program focuses on youths 10 to 17 years old.  The main goal is to reach and motivate the youths to make positive decisions in life.  The youths are also presented with real life situations during this program.  The workshops were developed from law enforcement experiences with youths, as well as mentor for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Central Maryland, and a volunteer for Department of Juvenile Services.

This program has been presented to church youth ministries, schools, neighborhood youth programs, and juvenile detention center.  Upon request the program has extended from Baltimore City South to Charles County, Maryland.
